Health & Beauty

So, over the past two months I’ve had some serious issues with my skin. Which is more than likely due to the amount of stress that I’ve been under to meet deadlines for school. I’ve tried numerous regimens and all types of detox systems and nothing was able to help clear my skin until just recently. I even resorted to purchasing the proactive system which made my skin 10x worse. After conducting my own research on natural ways to clearer skin, I created my own skin care regimen that has really helped with break outs, blemishes, and dry skin. it’s not only inexpensive but it gave me the results that I was looking for.
At night I exfoliate with Shea Moisture black soap facial and skin exfoliate cleanser. After I give my face a good wipe with a cotton ball using witch hazel. Lastly, I moisturize with pure Aloe Vera. In the morning I clean my face with the regular Shea Moisture black soap, using a facial spin brush, I again wipe my face with a cotton ball and witch hazel, and I moisturize with aloe Vera. I also purchased hair skin and nail vitamins and upped my water consumption. *REMEMBER* to always use a clean facial towel to dab your face dry, and to also soak your spin brush in a small cup of alcohol to be sure you have killed any additional bacteria that can lead to future breakouts. Results aren’t an overnight phenomenon however with consistency you can be on your way to clearer skin.
